Kendra attended mindbodygreen and is a certified Health & Wellness Coach. As part of the program, she worked with clients for 6 months, while under the supervision of professors. Once she graduated, she continued working with new clients for another six months. Culminating a year's worth of valuable experience in the field.

With a focus on holistic health, Kendra recognizes the interconnectedness of physical, mental, emotional, financial, enviornmental, and spiritual well-being. She believes in addressing the root cause of health issues and guiding her clients towards balanced living.

Kendra is focused on personal development and adding training and certifications to her well-rounded proficiency.
